Gasa Dzongkhag is happy to present the confirmed dates for the 3rd Royal Highland Festival (RHF) in Laya as 23rd and 24th October 2018 like last year. The Laya Run, a cross-country race from Gasa to Laya, one of the most sought after events of the festival will be on 23rd October 2018.
